Digitisation
If you are creating large mail mergers from Windows applications with a signature or logo bitmap, the application processing and print speed may be very slow. This is because Windows downloads the bitmap for every page, although the signature or logo may be the same. To greatly improve the application/Windows processing and the print speed of your laser printer the bitmap can be converted to a TrueType font. This conversion reduces the file size, allows you to scale the signature to different sizes and vastly improves the print process.
