We have two different types of hosting services:

Unmanaged sites means that the site details and an administrator user is created by us, any further users or site configuration options are managed by yourself.

Managed sites means that we will create the site details and all required users and email details. Any further amendments will be managed by ourselves.

Technical support during office hours (9am-5.30pm) is provided for both.
