Email & Web Hosting Clients
ONLY
Ctech clients who host their website or email on our web server can use this function to login and make any required changes.
Enter your domain name i.e. ctechweb and select the domain extension from the
list, and click on the "Site User" or "Site Admin" button.
Client Login Help
Site User
Use this function to change your password or change your email forwarding address or to change your out of office (vacation) auto-reply message.
The user's usage statistics can also be viewed from here and a backup/restore
utility of user data performed from here.
Site Admin
This function may only be used by the site administrator and will require the user name of the administrator. This is normally "admin_domain" i.e.
admin_ctech. This function allows the administrator to change user configurations (email and password),
view site/user space usage statistics (not website stats), perform a
backup/restore of site data and other site settings.
Any changes made within either of these functions takes immediate effect. | |
